Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic talent pipeline programs end-to-end, including career fairs and campus/STEM outreach events

- Assist with HR operations and reporting related to internship programs, when required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree from local accredited institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR and campus recruitment
- Video editing and photography skills: Comfortable capturing event photos and short video clips
- Familiar with basic video editing tools/software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable interacting with students, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
