Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all project documentation and reporting are accurate, complete, and compliant with PLCM and grant management expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, industrial & systems, or manufacturing related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of technical/project/programme management experience in Semiconductor equipment related industries.
  • Proven experience delivering advanced technology, product, or manufacturing deployment projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects or multi-project programmes from initiation to execution.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing and production technology environments (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all seniority levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery improvements through standards and governance.
