Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programmes under the PMO Project Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality and deployment readiness.
- Refine industry needs into clear requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans through deep dives with technical/research teams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery governance, including establishing cadence, managing change interventions, and ensuring timely escalation.
- Manage critical vendors/system integrators to ensure delivery meets project requirements and compliance expectations.
- Own programme governance and risk management by monitoring, mitigating, and resolving delivery risks to maintain health.
- Serve as the primary interface for diverse stakeholder environments, including industry partners and internal functions.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers/project engineers to uplift PM discipline and delivery practice across the team.
- Ensure all project documentation and reporting are accurate, complete, and compliant with PLCM and grant management expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, industrial & systems, or manufacturing related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of technical/project/programme management experience in Semiconductor equipment related industries.
- Proven experience delivering advanced technology, product, or manufacturing deployment projects.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects or multi-project programmes from initiation to execution.
- Proven track record in manufacturing and production technology environments (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all seniority levels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery improvements through standards and governance.
