Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and manage new partnerships with public research organizations, public, and private sectors.
- Assess potential partners' capabilities and relevance to advance the RTO’s work in data analytics for the RIE ecosystem.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and key partnership accounts with external stakeholders, including public sector entities, private companies, and international institutions.
- Oversee and project manage key multi-party collaborative initiatives to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved for all parties.
- Collaborate with the Contracts team to ensure proposed partnership arrangements are legally feasible and structured according to the TRUST Framework.
- Plan and execute engagement activities such as conferences, workshops, and networking events with the Comms team to strengthen partnerships.
- Provide secretariat support for RTO-related meetings, including cross-teams and steering committees.
Requirements
- Minimum BSc in sciences, data, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in R&D, business development, partnership management, science, or data.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent project management capabilities and negotiation skills for coordinating complex, multi-party initiatives.
- Strategic thinking ability and proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
