Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily production and validation of investment performance and risk reports for all portfolios.
- Conduct performance attribution analysis to explain sources of returns relative to benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and maintain GIPS composites.
- Develop and enhance risk models and analytics to monitor portfolio risk exposures.

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts in performance and risk functions.
- Drive automation and process improvements in performance and risk reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in investment performance and risk within asset management.
- Strong knowledge of performance attribution methodologies and risk metrics (VaR, tracking error, etc.).
- Proficiency in performance and risk systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA, Python, or SQL is preferred.
- CFA charterholder required; FRM or PRM certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
