- Participate as an ESH Committee member, ensuring safe work practices and adherence to plant guidelines
- Identify and drive process improvements, safety enhancements, GHG reduction initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- Practical experience supervising production teams in a mass-production environment
- Ability to manage and guide direct labor teams to meet operational goals
- Proficiency using standard productivity tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Effective leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in a production supervisory role
- Skills in Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Forms to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting
- Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
