Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routing clients' deliveries orders
- Assigning of drivers from existing driver pool to routes
- Support clients on their orders in a timely manner
- Monitoring orders and resolve delivery issues for our clients
Requirements
- Great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with clients
- Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
- Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
- On-the-job Training will be provided
- Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)
