Key Responsibilities
- Design and run interventions to strengthen our values and the way we work together.
- Help leaders and teams shift mindsets and behaviours to achieve our culture goals.
- Spot areas that need change and lead efforts to make those shifts happen.
- Create tools and activities to help teams innovate, solve problems and work better.
- Look at the bigger picture — not just the symptoms — to design lasting solutions.
- Bring in simple ways for teams to stay connected, collaborative, and effective.
- Guide teams through times of change (e.g. new systems, structures, mindsets).
- Use structured approaches (like PROSCI) to help people adjust and stay on track.
- Coach leaders to lead change in their teams.
- Create easy-to-use tools and learning to help leaders and teams build the right skills and behaviours.
- Work closely with the L&D team so learning and culture work hand-in-hand.
- Guide and develop 3 team members to do great work and grow in their roles.
Requirements
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage — especially with senior leaders
- A clear way of thinking and designing programmes that can make real impact
- A keen discerning lens to identify root causes from noisy data
- Adept at marketing and storytelling that engage and influence target audiences
- Effectiveness in coaching, guiding and growing a team
- Tech savvy. Tech curious. Demonstrated ability to tap technology, e.g. GenAI, to effect change
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, with a focus on translating actions to impact
- Around 8–10 years' experience in OD, culture or change work
- Degree in a related field (like Psychology, HR, Business or Social Sciences) would be advantageous though not a must
- A bonus if you're trained in tools like Emergenetics or PROSCI
