Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory location, and reporting shortages
Manage inventory storage and movement of goods to ensure proper materials are shipped, scanned, and accounted for
Verify and perform 'Hand-Shake' on received parts via RF scanning and prepare e-Quality and packaging labels for outgoing shipments
Operate forklifts to load and unload transport items, record inventory status, and ensure deliveries match work orders
Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, replace damaged products, and fulfill orders by packaging materials for shipment

Requirements

GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in shipping and warehousing
PC literacy and data entry skills, preferably with SAP knowledge
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing, demanding environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills
Forklift license and experience as an added advantage; hardworking, self-driven, willing to learn, and able to take initiative
