Key Responsibilities
- Supporting client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts

Requirements
- Bachelor in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
- Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred
- Prior experience in areas such as Learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage
- Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
- Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients
- Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
- Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
