Key Responsibilities

  • Leads issue resolution pertaining to quality of product or services provided by suppliers / subcontractors

  • Manage change request from suppliers / subcontractors, ensuring no disruption to the material supply
  • Ensure on time follow-up on implementation of effective Corrective / Preventive actions or improvement plans identified through audit, performance rating, CAR etc
  • Drive for compliance to ISO/IATF for key suppliers
  • Maintain Approved Supplier List
  • Lead internal / cross-functional teams in problem solving / benchmarking / continual improvement programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Bachelor's + 5~8 years, Master's + 3~5 years, or PhD + 2~3 years in semiconductor/electronics or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supplier quality management, advanced analytics, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA etc, and advanced statistical methods.
  • Preferably with semiconductor materials knowledge
  • Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to new technologies and global environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and mentoring skills.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-function and global supplier quality teams; and ability to drive change at all levels.
