Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
- Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes
- Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing adoption of leading practices
- Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
- Perform SAP configuration and testing activities
- Develop detailed specifications for the development of forms, reports, and interfaces
- Lead consultant and client teams through the entire implementation cycle, including planning, execution of testing, migration, and cutover
- Support change management by developing training material, delivering training, and providing post-cutover user support
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP BTP/ABAP Module implementations
- Proven experience completing end-to-end full life cycle implementations of SAP BTP/ABAP Module
- Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate level, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment
- Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices in the area of focus
- Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
- Proven ability to lead project teams
- Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
