Key Responsibilities
- Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement
- Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement
- Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status
- Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics
- Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring
- Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift (including night shift)
- Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Excellent documentation and procedural development skills
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams
- Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality
- Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols
- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus
