Key Responsibilities

  • Own layers ownership to upkeep offline/inline process parameters including SPC, Defect, and Yield.
  • Involve in NPI/Prototype process setup (APC/CPE/DOMA/Agile) and piloting success rate to meet cycle time/shipment schedule requirements.
  • Provide solutions to enhance prevention, detection, and facilitation to uphold process quality.
  • Develop BKM recipes/workflows to eliminate or minimize the risk of process deviation.
  • Co-work with UMD for new technology phase-in and readiness for ramp up to mass production.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of Photolithography principles.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor SPC, including Cp and Cpk indices, with troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to build split matrices and analyze DOE data, ET, and sort yield using aiding tools (e.g., JMP/Shiny).
  • Proficiency in mastering various systems such as SiView, PCRB, MRB, PLM, iCASE, and PEACE.
  • Flexibility to perform swing shifts (Saturday/Sunday) if required.
  • Willingness and ability to support overtime when necessary.
