Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems, ensuring safety, performance and reliability
- Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience
- Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards
- Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget
- Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team’s scope
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required
- Master’s Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage
- Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred
- Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards
- Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams
- Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
