Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required
  • Master’s Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage
  • Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards
  • Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams
  • Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
