Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards tracking net price realization, discount trends, and margin attainment by Account Manager, Country, Division, and Sub-Region
  • Identify pricing outliers and margin leakage risks proactively
  • Monitor adherence to pricing governance and annual price book execution
  • Assist finance and Com ops in improving accuracy of monthly and quarterly revenue estimates by country, sub-region, and division
  • Assist finance and commercial on short-term forecast accuracy using pipeline trends, backlog movement, secured rate indicators, and historical conversion data
  • Prepare models to estimate backlog and pipeline prediction
  • Support existing teams for pre-quarter backlog scrubbing and revenue risk mitigation
  • Monitor revenue trends, utilization patterns, and product mix across instruments, consumables, and clinical solutions
  • Analyze share of wallet, competitive displacement signals, and underpenetrated accounts
  • Evaluate sub-regional growth potential using market indicators, clinical adoption trends, and account segmentation
  • Provide structured account and portfolio performance summaries to support growth strategies and commercial prioritization

Requirements

  • MSc in a quantitative field (Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related)
  • 2+ year's experience in sales operations, pricing support, commercial reporting, or demand planning
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced modelling), Python, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience supporting multi-country commercial teams preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on data insight generation
  • Structured and forward-looking approach to forecasting and opportunity identification
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business actions
  • Ownership, accountability, and effective cross-functional collaboration
