Key Responsibilities
- Driving change enablement as part of large transformation programs
- Developing digital adoption strategies, working closely with some of the world's largest enterprise tech providers

Requirements
- Demonstrate growth mindset, analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain, including consulting experience
- Familiarity with AI applications in HR, digital workforce tools, or automation platforms
- Identify emerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalization trends
- Work closely with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to align AI transformation goals with business priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain trusted client relationships
- Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive regional team with exposure to teams globally
- Ability to work independently, be part of large streams of work
- Good domain knowledge across Workforce consulting e.g. Change Management and Organisation Design
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
