Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and releases new product BOMs for moderately complex assemblies with management supervision.
Develops and validates Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies.
Provides feedback during design reviews regarding DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, and operational efficiency to meet cost, quality, and cycle time goals.
Executes change control processes including NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, and ESWs in partnership with Sr NPMEs.
Documents product issues/enhancement opportunities and assists in root cause analysis.
Leads the Managed Build process for assemblies/modules.
Provides technical support and training to manufacturing resources, including piece part suppliers.

Requirements

Demonstrated conceptual knowledge in engineering discipline.
Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using judgment and experience.
Understanding of key business drivers related to manufacturing.
Ability to explain complex information clearly to others.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Ability to work in various physical conditions, including standing for extended periods, tight spaces, and noise.
Potential requirement to work off-shift hours due to time zone differences.
