Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop multimodal perception systems for humanoid and multi-arm robots, integrating vision and force/tactile sensing.
- Implement and deploy learning-based manipulation policies, including vision-language-action models and imitation-learned behaviors.
- Integrate perception, action models, and planning into real-time execution systems for stable, safe, and precise contact-rich manipulation.
- Build, test, and refine humanoid and multi-arm robotic prototypes to validate embodied AI pipelines on physical robots.
- Improve the robustness, repeatability, and task success of robotic systems in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ with experience building robotics software systems.
- Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS and robot middleware for sensor and controller integration.
- Familiarity with robot kinematics, motion planning, and sensor calibration for manipulation systems.
- Exposure to learning-based perception and robotic control (e.g., pose estimation, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or multimodal policy models).
