Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product configurations in alignment with customer specifications and internal standards.

- Collaborate with Sales, Business Management, Product Line Management, and Engineering to validate accurate customer order configurations.
- Support configuration-related project activities, including planning, tracking, and execution of configuration freeze and validation.
- Participate in New Product Integration (NPI) and Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) to ensure configuration consistency.
- Lead the development, implementation, and release of BOMs and product structure for complex products.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing feedback on DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, and operational efficiency to drive cost and quality goals.
- Lead the disposition and resolution of issues requiring Long Term Corrective Action (LTCA), including performing Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).
Requirements
- Proficiency in configuration management tools and processes, including Product Architecture, BOM management, Engineering changes, and Configuration Accuracy discussions.
- Ability to work across multiple functions including Product Line Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, and Sales.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Cross-regional collaboration and experience in matrix organizations are essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or account support, translating customer requirements into actionable configuration plans.
- Demonstrated capability in technical project management, including planning, tracking, and executing configuration milestones.
- Ability to manage complex configuration histories and ensure traceability across multiple product revisions.
