Key Responsibilities
- UPW and M&E Operations and E-Logging, SCADA monitoring from FMS of cleanroom facilities and maintain contaminations free manufacturing environment.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP, Burn Box, and exhaust ducting systems logging.
- Carry out supervision and coordination work with vendors on Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Ad-hoc Maintenance.
- Assist to Engineer on Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP and system trouble shooting such as Fire alarm and protection system, VSD, UPS, Emergency genset, process exhaust system etc.
- Assist Engineer in general mechanical repair works such as motors, pumps bearing replacement, pumps mechanical seal replacement, heat exchanger cleaning, pump overhaul etc.
- Assist Engineer in general electrical repair work such as FFU, MCCB replacement, VSD capacitors, cooling fans replacement etc.
- Assist Engineer in UPW, WWTP, repair works such as RO pump, reclaim pump, loop pump, sump pump, diaphragm pump bearing replacement etc.
- Assist Engineer in Mechanical & Electrical predictive maintenance work such as vibration monitoring, IR Thermal scanning.
- Assist Engineer in Corrosion control program such as piping thickness monitoring, corroded piping replacement, painting of piping and equipment structure in cooling tower, scrubber yard, roof top area.
- Specialize in one of the M & E, UPW, WWTP, STP systems to improve, enhance PM activities and provide suggestion on system design.
- Attend all schedule training for GlobalFoundries compulsory courses and in-house training conduct by vendors.
- Participate in weekly meeting for job planning, outstanding works/issues discussion and share knowledge and group discussion on resolving issues or incident.
Requirements
- ITC / Diploma / Degree course (Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering)
- At least 2 years of work experience on M & E or UPW system
