Key Responsibilities

  • Tactical proficiency with Applied applications including, but not limited to SAP, SCV, Teamcenter etc
  • Drive material readiness actions based on Blue-sky and baseline demand signals, including strategic buys to support ELS and revenue builds
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure BOM accuracy
  • Collaborate with NPI team to set program development/transition deliverables and provide status on completions prior to phase 5 exit
  • Execute supply strategies to meet demand changes through S&OP cycle
  • Timely disposition of parts to actively manage the program inventory
  • Conducts supplier shortages meetings to ensure accurate delivery commits for manufacturing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business with emphasis on Supply Chain preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • MBA is a plus
  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
  • Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources
  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
