Key Responsibilities
- We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Engineers to fuel our growth in Process Engineering.
- In this role, you will manage process qualification, stability and continuous improvement programs to deliver organizational goals, with opportunities to collaborate with other regions to drive process excellence as per GF standards .
- Establish SOP (Standard operating process), CAS and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process

Requirements
- Degree/Master in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Microelectronics, Sciences - Physics/Chemistry, or Material Science)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex problems
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience in a high-volume production environment
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
