Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to established processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Promote and enforce a safe working environment and drive 5S initiatives to maintain an organized workspace.
- Act as the first point of contact for production issues, resolving immediate operational problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
