- Strong understanding of innovation ecosystems and digital talent markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
