Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in statistics (preferred) and in statistical process control
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and a focus on meeting commitments

  • Fundamental knowledge of at least one of the following: transport phenomena, dry etch processing, kinetic theory, statistical thermodynamics, or plasma physics

  • Masters with minimum 2 years of relevant experience involving dry etch in semiconductor industry or PhD in relevant field
  • Bachelors with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dry etch process
