Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation on optimum approaches to strengthen the candidate pool.
  • Implement creative and targeted search/marketing strategies, including managing online job postings.
  • Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Follow up with Hiring Managers and Regional HR Consultants to provide timely updates.
  • Report on effective recruiting trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Advise Hiring Managers and Regional HR Consultants on labor market analytics, trends, and competitive compensation packages.
  • Ensure company compliance with laws and regulations related to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.
  • Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional results orientation with high personal initiative, flexibility, and a customer-centric attitude.
