Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle SAP SF implementation projects
- Strong technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, RBPs, and reporting tools
- Experience leading and developing a team of HRIS analysts or specialists
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps
- Solid understanding of global HR data privacy regulations and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a global, fast-paced manufacturing environment
