Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute R&D efforts in laser material processing techniques.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Surface Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in optics and light properties.
- Knowledge of materials and microstructure, surface properties, composition, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
- Proficiency in experimental design, hypothesis formulation, and process optimization.
- Experience with material characterization tools (optical microscopy, SEM, wear testing, hardness testing).
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical work clearly.
