Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI‑enhanced tools that streamline CSE workflows and improve issue resolution efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, customer-facing teams, and internal SSD engineering groups.
- Assist with post‑qualification activities, including firmware release processes, firmware management, and customer qualification support.

- Support customer issue management, driving technical problems to closure through analysis, collaboration, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of system storage and platform ingredients (CPU, Memory, drivers, OS, firmware).
- Experience with storage interfaces (SATA, SAS, PCIE, NVME) is a plus.
- Proficiency in C-based programming and Python.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic in a dynamic environment.
