Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business partners to gather and analyze opportunities to improve wafer output performance
- Access and prepare data support for analysis

- Demonstrate successful use cases and wins
- Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities in Process Engineering to enable maxout initiatives
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions to improve wafer move, WPD, and output performance
- Define business solutions and propose projects for implementation
- Design, integrate, and scale solutions useful to Micron operations at a global level
- Lead projects and drive high-value activities requiring coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Prior domain knowledge in Process Engineering, Product Integration Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is advantageous
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized and adaptable
- Able and willing to travel overseas
- Results orientated with a growth mindset and strong dedication
