  • Ensure aligned implementation of engineering standards and technical solutions across Amgen's growing network.
  • Lead through technical authority, project leadership, and influence across site and global teams, including technical leadership of contingent workers and dotted-line leadership of FTE partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing engineering.
  • Deep technical knowledge of drug substance process systems (upstream, downstream, CIP/SIP, utilities, etc.).
  • Experience leading capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to provide technical direction and influence across global teams.
  • Experience with lifecycle management of manufacturing assets.
