Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end ATE test development, including test hardware development, DFT, software development, and continuous optimization
  • Develop, debug, and maintain test programs on ATE platforms such as DMDX, ETS88 (LTX-ac experience is a strong plus)
  • Define and optimize test coverage, test time to meet quality and cost targets
  • Drive NPI to HVM test readiness, including qualification, correlation, and release decisions
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for yield loss, test escapes, and system‑level failures
  • Perform deep root cause analysis across tester, handler, probe card, and device interactions
  • Lead yield improvement, test time reduction, and capacity optimization initiatives in HVM
  • Work closely with OSATs and internal manufacturing teams to ensure stable high‑volume production
  • Debug and support test hardware including probe cards, sockets, load boards, and handler interfaces
  • Utilize lab instrumentation such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, multimeter, and RF equipment for advanced debugging
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Quality, and Process teams to resolve product‑wide issues
  • Review product specifications and provide test‑manufacturability feedback
