Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Deep industry knowledge of Life Science or Healthcare
- Practical experience at a consulting firm
- Expertise in one of the following areas: Strategy, Core Business Operations, Marketing / Digital Transformation (DX)
- Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
- Experience in leading projects
- Native level Japanese and business level English, or native level English and business level Japanese
- In-depth consulting experience in a specific industry (technology, consumer, manufacturing, etc.)
- Southeast Asia related consulting experience
- Ability to develop diverse, high-performing people and teams through new and meaningful development opportunities
- Effectively collaborate to build productive relationships and networks
- Understand and lead execution of key goals and priorities of internal and external stakeholders
