Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, or fab operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent contributor owning technical programs in customer-facing roles.
  • Solid understanding of fab operations, qualification flows, and manufacturing constraints in high-volume or advanced-node environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive decisions independently.
  • Proven effectiveness working in a matrix environment, balancing autonomy with strong teamwork.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and business, including value discussions.
  • Proficiency in presentation development and data visualization using tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel quarterly for customer meetings.
