Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead, independently driving high-visibility support for global fab operations and resolving complex equipment and process issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, or fab operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent contributor owning technical programs in customer-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of fab operations, qualification flows, and manufacturing constraints in high-volume or advanced-node environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive decisions independently.
- Proven effectiveness working in a matrix environment, balancing autonomy with strong teamwork.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and business, including value discussions.
- Proficiency in presentation development and data visualization using tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Based in Singapore with willingness to travel quarterly for customer meetings.
