Key Responsibilities
- Drive foundry on-wafer yield improvement initiatives in collaboration with the product engineering team using SPC and data-driven methodologies.
- Collaborate with SFE and Quality to ensure process robustness, manufacturability, and Quality Compliance.
- Drive Fab Manufacturing Operations to resolve production issues and improve OEE on bottleneck process equipment to meet production plans.
- Serve as a first responder with SQE on quality issues, engaging the Red Team when necessary.
- Support Sourcing on cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- At least 7 years’ prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, yield, and delivery.
- Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and Root-Cause Analysis methodologies.
