Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Promote a strong safety culture during maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment-related activities.
- Monitor tool performance and equipment health on a daily basis.
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and utilization.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
- Support equipment installation, qualification, and testing activities.
- Assist in creating, updating, and modifying equipment procedures, subject to approval by the Equipment Section Manager or Equipment Owner.
- Drive tool uptime improvement through systematic problem-solving, root cause analysis, and quality workmanship.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) projects and focus teams to enhance workflow efficiency, tool performance, and cost of ownership.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities using established check sheets and tracking systems.
- Perform routine reviews of maintenance records, check sheets, and procedures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field), or equivalent relevant working experience
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts
