Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for Temenos Transact implementation projects.
- Define the overall test approach across SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Cutover Validation.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of test scenarios, scripts, traceability matrices, and defect management processes.
- Lead execution of planned test cases and ensure all test results are correctly recorded against the system.
- Prepare and present comprehensive testing reports, including defect analysis and leading defect triage and resolution.
- Regularly update stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage test environments, test data setup, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.
- Lead a team of testers (onsite and offshore) and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Establish and implement a test automation framework aligned with the technology stack and DevOps pipeline.
Requirements
- Experience in Core Banking offering testing.
- Proven ability to define and lead end-to-end testing strategies for large implementations.
- Proficiency in various testing types including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing.
- Experience managing test environments, data setup, and system integrations.
- Strong leadership skills to manage testing teams (onsite and offshore).
- Ability to establish and track testing KPIs and provide status dashboards to senior stakeholders.
