Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive data stewardship, ownership and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g. BCBS 239, GDPR, MAS Requirements)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and enterprise data integration
  • 8+ years in consulting experience in Singapore and regionally
  • Strong expertise in Data Modeling: Dimensional modeling, Normalization
  • Strong expertise in Data Governance: Informatica CDC, Alation, Collibra
  • Strong expertise in Data Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud native data solutions
  • Strong expertise in Big Data: Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, or equivalent
  • Strong expertise in ETL / ELT: Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar
  • Strong expertise in Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (certifications a plus)
  • Strong expertise in Solution Architecture: TOGAF, SOA, APIs, Microservices
  • Proven track record of implementing data management solutions in large organizations
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements
