Key Responsibilities

  • Optimized Test Coverage: Ensuring optimized test coverage on all current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes
  • Product Development and Validation: Developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying Micron’s next-generation HBM products
  • Support for New Product Design Validation: Providing support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations
  • Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: Improving manufacturing test yields, reducing test time, and resolving yield-related issues related to DRAM, Interface, and Stacked Die
  • Root Cause and Resolution of Manufacturing Test Flow Issue, Qual and RMA Device Issues
  • Promotion of Innovation: Driving innovation to provide Micron with a technical advantage over competition
  • Mentorship and Development of Others: Actively developing and mentoring team members
  • Technical Decision Making: Making final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Product Engineering experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, especially in problem solving with root cause understanding
  • Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting
  • Dedicated and highly motivated with flexible approach to adapting to different roles in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of collaborative work within/across teams to address sophisticated business and engineering problems
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with professional work ethic
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about people leadership with drive toward ongoing learning and development
  • Willingness to work on site in Singapore with international travel to US, Taiwan, and Japan
