Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to plan and execute transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, digitalization efforts, and process re-engineering projects.
- Identify and lead opportunities for automation, AI integration (including generative AI and machine learning), and data-driven enhancements to optimize finance operations.
- Partner with Finance functional teams to assess and innovate key operational processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Drive change management strategies to support user adoption, training, and cultural alignment across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and sustained transformation throughout projects.
- Monitor and ensure transformation initiatives adhere to financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or digital projects.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs).
