Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of heat transfer, thermal management and mechanical design
- Basic proficiency in using thermal simulation software including FEA and CFD
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
