Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical officers to carry out and/or supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works on SMRT power system
- Plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in consultation with EMM
- Provide technical advice, information and instructions to other staff
- Ensure all drawings, diagrams, manuals and records are kept current and updated
- Assist EMM in conducting engineering and safety analysis, investigations, and tests
- Carry out and/or assist EMM supervision of corrective maintenance, upgrading, modification work and major repair work
- Prepare and submit reports on completion of work
- Obtain COA and perform operation of electrical equipment
- Attend Permit-to-work for all internal and external work parties
- Conduct home-based safety talk and compile monthly O/T report
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical equipment
- Able to do shift work
- Able to lead by example
- Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team
