Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical officers to carry out and/or supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works on SMRT power system
Plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in consultation with EMM
Provide technical advice, information and instructions to other staff
Ensure all drawings, diagrams, manuals and records are kept current and updated
Assist EMM in conducting engineering and safety analysis, investigations, and tests
Carry out and/or assist EMM supervision of corrective maintenance, upgrading, modification work and major repair work
Prepare and submit reports on completion of work
Obtain COA and perform operation of electrical equipment
Attend Permit-to-work for all internal and external work parties
Conduct home-based safety talk and compile monthly O/T report

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical equipment
Able to do shift work
Able to lead by example
Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team
