Key Responsibilities
- Provide updates and recommendations to leadership, including at the executive level

- Lead and/or support sourcing events, RFQs, contract negotiations, and renewal strategies
- Identify automation opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions that become building blocks for future projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to drive cost-management outcomes
- Effective communication skills for engaging and influencing diverse collaborators
- Advanced understanding of material cost structure and cost analysis methodologies
- Experience handling large strategic suppliers or global supply portfolios
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional negotiations and bundled sourcing events
- Familiarity with should-cost modeling and market-intelligence frameworks
- Success driving savings, revenue impact, or scorecard metric improvements
- Ability to build and complete supplier contract strategies, including performance monitoring
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach to issue resolution
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools
