Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments to uncover labor inefficiencies
Organize brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate improvement ideas
Evaluate proposals based on ROI, quality, and safety/ergonomics impact
Present improvement ideas to management for approval
Design automation solutions through benchmarking and vendor collaboration
Research and apply best practices in industrial automation
Select suppliers using decision-making analysis tools and partner with them to design solutions
Plan and manage projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
Lead implementation of automation solutions through production release
Serve as the primary interface with automation vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain collaboration with process and equipment owners to ensure objectives are met

Requirements

/Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical , Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, JMP, etc.
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
