Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Site Manufacturing and Engineering teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments to uncover labor inefficiencies
- Organize brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate improvement ideas
- Evaluate proposals based on ROI, quality, and safety/ergonomics impact
- Present improvement ideas to management for approval
- Design automation solutions through benchmarking and vendor collaboration
- Research and apply best practices in industrial automation
- Select suppliers using decision-making analysis tools and partner with them to design solutions
- Plan and manage projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
- Lead implementation of automation solutions through production release
- Serve as the primary interface with automation vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain collaboration with process and equipment owners to ensure objectives are met
Requirements
- /Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical , Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, JMP, etc.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
