Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional operational responsibilities, including facilities management, office equipment, amenities, and sundry inventory control.
- Manage administration and tracking of membership agreements, budgets, and expenditures in liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support the onboarding of new members and ensure smooth day-to-day interactions within the centre.
- Conceptualize, plan, and deliver events (training, seminars, networking) to rally the deep-tech ecosystem community.
- Enhance onsite branding, marketing collaterals, and online presence across social media platforms.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Event Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface professionally with startups, scientists, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain composure and communicate calmly in unexpected situations.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to manage concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with IT systems, including social media platforms, databases, and eDM tools.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
