Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Solid grasp of optics and immersion lithography principles, including polarized illumination and low k1 imaging.
- Experience with chemical processes and materials specific to lithography for 365nm, 248nm, and 193nm wavelengths.
- Skilled in lithography simulation programs and their use in low k1 imaging.
- Familiarity with material properties and methods for characterization related to photolithography.
- Established talent in inventing and refining technologies that are production-ready.
- Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration abilities for engaging with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Micron's memory architecture and semiconductor process flows.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Expertise in statistics, data analysis, Building of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

- 3+ years in semiconductor photolithography or related process engineering.
- Experience working with advanced lithography materials (365nm, 248nm, 193nm) and EUV processes.
