Requirements

  • Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
