Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management, preferably covering Real Estate & Hospitality.
- Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate & Hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
