Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment
- Use digital analytics for troubleshooting technical issues
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical problems under guidance
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided)
- Coordinate and communicate directly with customers regarding service needs
Requirements
- Completion of an Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical and mechanical schematics
- Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport if travel is required
- Ability to meet all on-site requirements, including safety and environmental guidelines
