Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

- Apply basic Engineering Design for Excellence (DFx) principles to estimate costs, reduce manufacturing expenses, and improve product quality.
- Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
- Develop and utilize test procedures, evaluate test results, and assess work methods and policies.
- Determine root causes and corrective actions for assembly or system testing issues, including performing Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and providing reports.

- 2-4 years of related experience
