Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical subject areas preferred.
- Knowledge in optimization and reinforcement learning preferred.
- Experience in C#, Python, SQL, CPLEX, Gurobi preferred.
- Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred.
- Be highly motivated, proactive, with a good work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.
- Willing to travel overseas
